Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area
We deliver exclusively within the EU.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the goods:
Saver Shipping: 3.10€
Standard shipping: 6.49€
Larger goods: up to 15.00€
The applicable shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process before the order is completed and are to be paid by the customer in addition to the value of the goods.

3. Delivery time
Delivery takes place within 5-7 business days after receipt of payment. The delivery time may vary depending on capacity. We will inform you if there are any longer delivery times.

4. Shipping provider and shipping method
Standard Shipping is carried out by DHL as a parcel with tracking and liability.
Saver Shipping is carried out by DHL as a "Maxibrief" with basic tracking and without liability.

5. Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the shipping status of your delivery online at any time.

6. Packaging
Your order will be packaged securely and safely for transport.

7. Transfer of risk
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold is transferred to the customer upon handover to the shipping service provider.

8. Delivery delays
We have no influence on any delays caused by the shipping service provider. We ask for your understanding and recommend that you first check the shipment tracking if your order has not been delivered and contact the shipping service provider if necessary.

9. Partial deliveries
Partial deliveries are not provided for. Your order will be delivered in one shipment.
